Unlike other female bodybuilders, she does not follow a strict diet plan. However, she does try to prepare her meals in advance, especially because she is often on the road.

Dana doesn’t like bland, boring meals and she loves to eat like a normal person would. She even eats spaghetti when she feels like. She also cooks and eats wheat pasta with lots of lean ground turkey. Dana’s carb sources include the following:

CHEF DLB’s Protein Pumpkin Walnut Oatmeal Muffins Ingredients: 5scoops @runeverythinglabs PROtein vanilla 2 cups old-fashioned oats 1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice mix 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup chopped walnuts (or alternate ingredient) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) 1 egg 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup also works Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a muffin tin or line with Silicone Baking Cups. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl together. Then add honey, egg, pumpkin, and almond milk until completely mix and all dry ingredients absorbed. Pour mixture into greased muffin tin. Fill each muffin cup almost to the top and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tops are just set. Makes about 7-8 Large muffins. Allow to cool and serve. Enjoy!
